The California Public Utilities Commission (CPUC) is seeking an Energy Efficiency Portfolio Management Analyst.

This senior portfolio management analyst will oversee program administrators’ proposed strategies and budget for serving hard-to-reach customers for a more equitable statewide portfolio. Additionally, the analyst will steer a stakeholder collaborative whose purpose and structure is evolving to facilitate greater inclusion from diverse and historically marginalized voices in the design and implementation of EE programs. Ultimately, the analyst evaluates the success of CPUC policies to ensure California has a robust, competitive, and equitable energy efficiency program solicitations process to reach and exceed savings goals, delivering greater energy efficiency and bill savings to California energy customers.
The position may be filled in Sacramento, San Francisco, or Los Angeles and while employee must reside in CA, remote work (or on-site or hybrid) is an option.
