Continuous Improvement Data Analyst – Customer Care (Hybrid)
The Continuous Improvement Data Analyst – Customer Care will help the Continuous Improvement & Analytics team answer key strategic questions for Customer Care operations through analysis of datasets as well as visualizing data to effectively communicate information and insights. The analyst will help deploy statistical models that will predict and forecast key metrics to improve overall customer experience within Customer Care.
Capability Owner Team Lead (Hybrid)
The Capability Owner Team Lead is a member of the IT Service Continuity Management (ITSCM) capability team, primarily responsible for the delivery of Disaster Recovery and Resiliency governance and compliances services that enable the organization to maintain best practice against industry standards. Maintains a delivery roadmap of work and services, prioritizing backlog of work based on value to enterprise and innovate strategic direction for automation and availability where resiliency is foundational design. Facilitates frequent stakeholder-facing interactions to draft annual DR Test calendar, DR test objectives and ITSCM strategies, drives innovation through DR related services such as DR Test events or Audits, and provides channels for users to request and receive standard services similar to learning events, survey modems, or open forums. Develops and maintains formal procedures for capability management for greater consistency and increased productivity.
As the team lead and primary enterprise point of contact for the ITSCM team, navigates increasingly complex stakeholder interests with broader cross-team considerations or business implications particularly in partnership with Business Continuity programs, drives strategic innovation and automation direction, service enhancements and improvements across IT tools platforms. Analyzes capability performance through statistical and reporting methods to ensure that all agreed services are being delivered, satisfaction levels and expectations are met, and team focuses on innovation. Prioritizes team’s work, defining the roadmap for their capability.
Works with contractors through the external vendor manager directly or their back-office support for any assigned work, to lead status meetings with external vendor management to review progress and quality of assigned work. Assists as needed with providing company protocols, scope of work, and contract adjustments where valid and approved by company.
Tariff Policy & Compliance Advisor (Hybrid) (#23-66965)
Provides support and project leadership to the tariff policy and compliance function within the SDG&E Customer Services & Customer Operations divisions. Monitors tariffs and regulations affecting Customer Services, supports development of advice letter and tariff filings relevant to the division, maintains the tariff compliance management and tracking system, and participates in regulatory proceedings as needed. Consults with subject matter experts, operational departments and business and financial analysts in interpreting tariffs and regulations and crafting policy and positions that ensure overall compliance for the division.
Manager of Regulatory Relations (Can be filled at higher level) (Hybrid) (#23-67266)
Position ensures that the Company’s policy and business objectives are effectively pursued and advocated before state regulators and other critical decision makers. Position tracks public policy developments, engages with business unit management and subject-matter experts, Law Department, and Regulatory Affairs to understand state policy objectives; shape applications, regulatory positions and filings; and plan and execute effective advocacy strategies. It also successfully develops and leverages relationships with key personnel at the California Public Utilities Commission (CPUC), Energy Commission (CEC), and Air Resources Board (CARB).
Senior Engineer (Hybrid) (#23-66963)
Normally designated as a lead engineer. As such, provides work direction to subordinate engineers and/or acts as a project leader over the more complex or major engineering projects and/or studies. Collaborates with business subject matter experts and data engineers to implement engineering best practices to analyze large amounts of data, find patterns, and draw conclusions that will help understand, quantify, and mitigate our biggest company risks. Defines, creates, optimizes, and explains innovative and custom solutions to support our internal stakeholders with data-based insights needed to make the right decisions.
