WCS Talks

WCS Talks is an annual “TED-Style” event featuring the brightest minds and inspiring stories of the global clean economy metamorphosis. Our mission is to give a spotlight to women and a platform for encouraging more female speakers.

At WCS Talks, both women and men from a variety of sectors share their perspectives and challenge our assumptions. Audience members ranging from students to start up founders and C-suite executives.

We are seeking a location to serve as the Presenting Sponsor for the event, valued at approximately $10,000. This sponsor would provide a venue and audio/visual support staff for the event. In return, this sponsor receives the number one speaking slot, and top sponsor status. The exact date of the event is flexible, but we are targeting a half-day Saturday event in early November, 2023. Preferred venues have:

  • Auditorium-style seating for 150-300 people
  • A stage (risers okay) 
  • Presentation screen(s)
  • AV equipment (option for live streaming a plus)
  • Areas suitable for conference registration, networking with beverages and light snacks.
